Spotwise Energy provides electricity spot price data for informational purposes only. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we cannot guarantee the complete accuracy, reliability, or timeliness of the data.
We are not responsible for any financial decisions or actions taken based on the information provided by our Service. Users are responsible for verifying spot prices independently where critical.
When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service via your email provider or Google account and for any activities or actions under your password.
Spotwise Energy offers a Pro subscription plan processed via Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to pay the subscription fees indicated at the time of purchase. Subscription fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will verify to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
